Ah looks like I wasn't the only victim. Everyone else been getting their youtube videos deleted by 株式会社アートバンク too? The emails have been streaming in on and on the whole of yesterday and today. Even fanvids and super super old clips like C no Arashi. Seems like that company is only stamping out on Arashi though(so far), even my tensai videos are gone. But my Smap and other videos still remain intact (so far). What is this 株式会社アートバンク anyway? Art bank? Huh? Who gives them the copyrights of Arashi? Shouldn't it be the TV stations or Johnnys Entertainment warning us?

Damn!!! All my favourites and subscriptions all gone!!!

my aiba fanvids are all gone too. i had over 50 precious comments for 1 of the video and all gone. shit them T____T

you know what, this got me thinking... does YT even verify the authenticity of whoever files a complaint? I mean, how sure they are that this Art Bank Ltd., really owns the copyright of Arashi?

If it was JE or even other Japanese TV Stations, then i would understand. And why are they only targeting arashi vids?

My vid was just had an Arashi tag and was just a vid of my cousin looking at an Arashi magazine cover.

I was reading how to counter notice or whatever and it seems a little difficult.

I agree. What is this Art Bank? And why the sudden stampede on Arashi only? I don't hear any other Johnny fandom complaining.

what? thats crazy. your video didn't even contain any official johnnys material. i suspect they're probably just mass deleting all the videos with arashi tags on them. should complain. >.<

so what does their illustrations have to do with arashi? even if they do, they own the copyrights to arashi drawings at most. arashi or their programs certainly do not belong to them.

I don't get it. Did thye somehow buy Arashi? Because I don't see how they have the authority to do this unless they're somehow connected to Johnny's, which at the moment, I don't think they are.

however you analyze it (based on the links above) there is NO WAY they are connected with JE or other Japanese TV Stations (unless it's a dummy company by JE, w/c i highly doubt...)

If it wasn't for YouTube and those uploaders I wouldn't have none about Arashi, become and fan and subsequently spend lots of my money buying their official merchandise and stuff.

why couldn't they just use ジャニーズ事務所 directly instead of through another name. save us so much trouble. ><

oh wait, i don't get one part. since its actually ジャニーズ事務所, why are they mainly deleting the arashi videos? they should be attacking all johnnys videos shouldn't they? maybe they'll slowly go through group by group..

yeah, from what i read from diff blogs, they're also deleting vids of other groups as well. I think they started with arashi since it has the most vids in youtube (compared to other JE groups).
